I believe that everyone deserves to have a healthy and happy relationship with food. I believe that good nutrition is key to feeling your best, and that food and eating is so much more than just how we fuel our bodies.
My goal is to help people love food, whilst also nourishing their body in a way which meets their nutritional needs, fits in with their life, family and friends...and simply just makes them feel good!
My approach to nutrition is practical and 'big picture' focused. There are many different ways to achieve good nutrition - my goal is to help you find yours.
When I'm not consulting you can usually find me in the kitchen, watching a crime doco or out camping and four wheel driving with my family and friends. My favourite indulgent food is chocolate brownies - let me know if you want a good recipe!
